[摘要] 过敏性哮喘为常见的呼吸道疾病之一，常常迁延难愈，反复发作。中医药在治疗此病方面具有独特的优势。徐世杰长期从事中医科研与临床，在治疗过敏性疾病，特别是过敏性哮喘方面经验丰富，擅用对药，疗效显著。本文通过挖掘徐世杰常用的治疗过敏性哮喘的核心对药组合：麻黄-杏仁、白芍-甘草、全蝎-僵蚕、乌梅-防风、人参-黄芪，探析其运用对药的依据与原理，总结治疗思想与经验，为过敏性哮喘的临床治疗开拓思路。
